PoweringNEXTGEN By PFG, an official youth development project under the governance of Platform Growth (Pvt) Ltd., was founded in 2023 to illustrate our commitment to promoting the overall growth of Sri Lanka's youth. Our project, designed specifically for schools and institutes, is based on the fundamental concept of providing free and accessible training. Aligned with the unique challenges and opportunities that Sri Lankan youth face, PoweringNEXTGEN By PFG strategically focuses on key developmental areas such as entrepreneurship, soft skills, positive attitude and mindset, leadership, motivation, and the development of an independent life journey. PoweringNEXTGEN By PFG is focused on providing the next generation with the essential skills and knowledge needed to achieve victory in both their academic and professional adventures. This encourages the growth of Sri Lanka's future leaders.
